Dear friends,

Since we began in 2009, we’ve been dedicated to telling stories of how Asian American identity interacts with Christian faith.

That’s not changing. How we do it is.

Did you know? 75% of INHERITANCE’s budget goes to print production. In order to maximize our resources, we’re shifting gears to make sure that we can continue effectively communicating the importance of understanding our culture and contextualizing theology. Here’s what we’re planning:

Starting in July, we’ll be changing to a paid subscription model. Given the high cost of print production, it’s something we can no longer ignore. Rest assured, all of our content will still be available for free online — but if you want something nice to keep on your coffee table or bookshelf, we’re working on a new print format that will be worth the extra investment. More details to come.

Be sure to keep a close eye on our website in the upcoming month or two — we’re dotting our i’s and crossing our t’s in hopes of creating a robust community of Asian Americans to engage timely and relevant discussions of current events and issues.

As always, thanks for your patience, and prayers — we don’t take your support lightly and aim to do it justice.
