Eunice Hui and her husband Ben have three daughters: Shiloh (6), Zara (3) and Jordyn (8 months). Her family spent the last two years serving the church-planting movement in Mongolia. She spends most of her day being a mom but if she has any spare time, you can find her at a café with a book and a boba milk tea.
